Ingredients

For Fried Paneer

  1. Paneer cut into cubes
  2. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. Black Pepper

For Aloo Paneer

  1. Baked potato
  2. Paneer cut into slices
  3. Oil
  4. Salt
  5. Pepper

Directions

    For Fried Paneer

    1. Cut the paneer into cubes
    2. Heat some oil and fry the paneer until golden brown
    3. Remove the paneer slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper

    For Aloo Paneer

    1. Slice the baked potato into round slices
    2. Cut the paneer into thin slices
    3. Put a little oil in a frying pan and place the potato slices and paneer slices in the pan
    4. Turn over to the other side once it has turned golden brown
    5. Fry the other side until brown
    6. Serve with tomato sauce
