Letting go of bad habits is possible when I can see that I have a resonsibility to look after the body that I am living in. I the soul need to look after this precious vehicle which is my instument to experiemce the world through. If I damage it through bad habits, there will always be a return of that action through health and well being. Meditate on these thoughts for some time, become powerful, and let go of those bad habits.
