Upgrade Your Habits - Meditation Workshop

12/12/2016 19:00 - 20:30

For things to be user friendly and up-to-date; for new features and functionality, we have to upgrade! The same applies to you, to remain relevant and real, upgrade your habits.

Your habits become your character. Your character becomes your destiny. And as you know, ‘if you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always got’.

Now, habits can be good but so many of them are unhelpful and unhealthy. So it makes sense to upgrade your habits because there’s always something to change and improve.

How to make the upgrade easy, efficient and effective? Is it about replacing old habits with new ones? And what’s the best way to form better habits? Join us to get the know-how.

Everyone is welcome to attend and no prior meditation experience is required. Your voluntary donations are appreciated.
