A Balanced Diet

In order to achieve a good balance it is needed a variety in a complete diet: from cereals, seeds, leaves and  vegetables. 

Also fruits should be eaten as well as lacto products: yogurt, fresh cheese, preferable made by ourselves. 

The meals should be planned with harmony, if some herbs and spices are used, they should be balanced with something lighter.

The amounts eaten weekly varies according to the needs of the individual:

  • Vegetables: two or three days
  • Brown rice and other cereals: four or five days
  • Raw and cooked vegetables, fresh fruits as well as dried fruits and seeds every day
  • Lacto products daily
  • Pastas twice a week
