STEP BY STEP MEDITATION

This course consists of 4 lessons given to students after they have finished the 7-days Introduction Course. The purpose of this course is to give students a guideline on how to meditate. As the emphasis of the Introduction Course is mainly on knowledge, this course helps students to practically understand more about the method of meditation.

POSITIVE CHANGE

Young people are a product and a reflection of the society in which we live. If young people are to be happier, more positive, purposeful and productive, then we have to look at our own vision and values. This course designed especially for the youth uses facilitation techniques, workshops and dialogues to stimulate thinking and reasoning.  At the heart of this course is the concept of positive change as the basis of empowerment.
