Set your timetable for the day and practice

Dear Friends,

Om shanti.  There is a lot of negativity and waste in the mind, and as long as there is waste in the mind, we cannot have powerful meditation.  Make a firm commitment that you have to become the powerful form of a yogi.  It is not that you have to try – no, you have to become this.

When you sit for morning meditation and connect with the Divine, you will receive whichever power you wish from Him.  After morning meditation, set your timetable for the day and practice throughout the day at various times according to your own timetable. Do this when you are walking and moving around.  Check yourself through the day: Am I keeping my commitment to have elevated thoughts and to remove negativity and waste from my mind? Follow this schedule and then at night, before going to sleep, review your day and share your progress with God.  Recall whatever aim you had in your mind and check as to whether there was any obstruction in that or not.  If there are obstructions you will not sleep well! Keep your timetable according to your circumstances, your schedule and according to your commitment, and you will sleep in God’s lap.
