Whenever we have to adopt a new change in our physical looks or outfits or lifestyle, we just do it and don't think so much about it. It is the same with a spiritual lifestyle and way of being. First you need to accept this as an essential part of yourself. The more we understand that there is an alternative to peacelessness and sorrow, the more we can feel the shower of truth, cooperation and love that gives peace and happiness. One can never be alone anywhere in the world if you keep experiences and memories of God alive in your consciousness.
