Om Shanti. God, in His mercy, pulls our minds towards Himself, saying ‘keep your mind with Me’. This is a subtle method to keep the mind and body cool and calm. We need to have truth, cleanliness and simplicity. I need truth in my heart. Cleanliness should be everywhere, internally and externally. We need to live with economy. There is no cost to cleanliness. One simply needs sincerity. So – truth, cleanliness, simplicity and economy. These choices quiet our minds and hearts and allow us to pick up subtle touchings from God.
