Ingredients

  • 250 grams semolina or chapati flour (atta)
  • 250 millilitres boiling water
    • 2 tablespoon clarified butter (ghee)
    • pinch of salt
      • oil

Method

  1. In a bowl take semolina add, salt
  2. Gradually add hot water, stirring and mixing with a spoon, until the dough forms a soft ball
  3. Knead and keep for 30 to 60 mins
