The power of putting a full stop. Peacelessness happens because we are unable to stop our thoughts and feelings from spinning out of control when something upsetting happens. Developing the ability to stabilize in the naturally silent and still essence of myself, the soul, frees me from fear, worry and helplessness, and allows me to respond positively rather than react.
