Pasta with Vegetables

Pasta is obviously an Italian dish, however, today it’s loved all over the world and every one adds something new in it. We added vegetables… the result was great! Check an easy and tasty dish – Pasta with Vegetables – and we guarantee that it’ll become one of your favourite ways of making pasta!

  1. 100 grams pasta
  2. 100 grams thinly sliced carrots
  3. 1 potato cut into small cubes
  4. Cabbage finely chopped
  5. Yardlong beans (asparagus style beans)
  6. Tomato paste or fresh tomatoes
  7. 3-4 tablespoon oil
  8. Cumin
  9. Ground coriander
  10. Asafoetida
  11. Cinnamon
  12. Fresh Ginger
  13. Fresh coriander
  14. Chilli
  15. Salt


  1. Put the pasta in boiling water and add salt and 1 tbsp oil
  2. Cook for 5-6 minutes
  3. Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water
  4. In a frying pan heat 3 tbsp of oil
  5. Add a pinch of Ground coriander, Asafoetida, Cinnamon
  6. Add a tsp of salt, Fresh Ginger and Chilli
  7. Fry for a few minutes then add 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
  8. Add the vegetables and mix cover and cook for five minutes on a high heat
  9. Sprinkle a bit of water on the vegetables, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes on a low heat
  10. If the potato cubes are soft add the pasta
  11. Add a pinch of cumin and fresh coriander and mix well
  12. Take off the fire and cover. Leave to rest for 5 minutes
