Dear Dipil, try letting go of your thoughts, and instead, watch them. Observe if they serve you for good or not. Then, only give energy to thoughts that are serving you, the rest, just let go... Practice this and watch your life change, as each thought we create, goes into action eventually, and so becomes our experience in life...
